Some clients choose private pay therapy because it allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and control over their treatment. While insurance can be helpful, it often requires a mental health diagnosis and may limit the number of sessions covered.
Private pay therapy allows us to focus fully on your goals and needs without the restrictions sometimes required by insurance companies.

Private pay therapy may be a good option for individuals who:
• prefer greater privacy and confidentiality
• do not want a mental health diagnosis included in their medical record
• want more flexibility in treatment planning
• have high deductibles or limited insurance coverage
• prefer not to share therapy information with insurance companies
For many clients, private pay therapy provides the freedom to focus entirely on their personal growth and wellbeing.
Session Fees
Individual Telehealth Therapy Session:
$160 per session
Sessions are typically 53 minutes and are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Out-of-Network Insurance Benefits
If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance provider, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy services.
Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
